There is something so special about getting to capture families in their various seasons. Becca was first a friend from campus crusades in college, and then last year, Soul Creations captured their wedding. Then most recently, we got to photograph them in the beginning of their next new journey: parenthood. Becca and Jared, we are […]

Jessamyn and Stephen are two of the most profound and stunning individuals we’ve ever captured. From gracing the halls at Hotel Carmichael to sauntering among pillars at The Palladium, these two are absolutely made for the camera – even though they’ve never modeled before! Beyond the absolute beauty we captured in our fun bride & […]

When we first met Natalie and Sean we knew right away that their devotion to following Christ outweighed every ounce of wedding planning that could take up their time. With COVID changing plans on them left and right, they truly took to heart keeping their eyes on Christ and continued pursuing a wedding day reflecting […]

We LOVED our time with this precious family. They are so so sweet and Rose is the cutest thing! We had a blast playing with leaves and walking around and being goofy to bring out adorable smiles and giggles. We are praying for a sweet settling in with this new babe’s arrival and praising God […]

Despite having rescheduled because of Covid, and despite the projected day-long thunderstorms, and despite a kidney stone for the father-of-the-bride, this wedding day was a dream; filled with joy and with peace and anticipation and celebration of what God was doing. Julia and Christian were so calm and peace-filled and excited– their long awaited wedding […]

Mady & Griffin’s wedding day was one of our second wedding back after Indiana’s shutdown order for COVID, and their story is an amazing one. With the reopenings, their wedding day was able to be moved just one day, which allowed all the guests they were hoping to come – attend! From a first look […]

If I could tell you exactly how incredible Brett and Amanda are, it would be with one simple story. We had just finished their bride and groom portraits and were walking back to The Morris Inn on Notre Dame’s campus, when they turned to ask me about my story, and how I got to where I am today.

They allowed me to share about my passion for couples pursuing Christ so that their children might have an incredibly faith-founded home. They allowed me to share about my underwater photography internship in South Africa, and school year in Indonesia that sparked the love of capturing images.

They desired to hear, listen, and marinate in the beauty of who was with them on their wedding day, and truly that’s what they were focused on.

All throughout the day, Brett and Amanda would fully connect and be present with those around them, soaking in all the time they had together in the most wholesome way, and it was a privilege to be one of the ones with them throughout the day who received a ray of their Christ-light too.

Brett and Amanda, you two are shining lights and we can’t wait to see how Jesus works in and through your life!
