This was one of the calmest, most easy-going weddings EVER. Emily was so prepared, did not miss a single detail, so things went off incredibly. We were ahead of schedule most of the day and things seemed so peaceful and smooth! They got married at Marian University, were the couple met, where they both attended school and where Luke played football. (A fun sidenote: we took some of their engagement photos on the actual football field where Luke spent years playing! 🙂 )

It was a warm day, about 90 degrees during photos, so we stuck close to the buildings and in the shade, but the bridal party was unfazed by the heat. Everyone was laid back and willing to do whatever was needed. Emily and Luke had such an amazing group of friends and family surrounding them!

At the reception, they had a taco bar for dinner (BRILLIANT IDEA!!!) and a fun donut wall for dessert. The couple enjoyed their evening dancing and mingling with their friends and family. Truly, such a fun day!!

Emily and Luke, we are so excited for you guys as you enter this new season as husband and wife. Your wedding day was beautiful and we so loved getting to know you both and seeing the way you support, encourage, and bring so much joy to one another!
