It was a sweet, simple and peaceful day, start to finish. Beth and Billy did a first look in the Adoration Chapel of St. John the Evangelist and then spent some time praying together before the ceremony. The ceremony was beautiful and a perfect representation of the couple’s heart to glorify the Lord and for Him to be at the center of their marriage and their lives!
It had rained all day but stopped just in time for photos. The reception was full of sentimental moments. There was a Hindu blessing dance performed by a friend (and the bride joined at the end). The bride’s father is deceased, and her nephew danced with her for the father/daughter dance. They surprised family with this— her husband and a friend played guitar and sang a song (Puff the Magic Dragon) that her late father used to sing to her nephew. It was a beautiful moment (and there were many tears!). They also played the mission impossible theme song and ran to each table to get a selfie with them!! It was such a sweet and special reception.
Beth and Billy, we are so excited for you two and this new season of life you’ve entered. We cannot wait to see what the Lord does in and through your lives!
