If there was one wedding this year that felt like home, it was this one. I met Carissa in high school during our junior year French Class. Don’t ask if we remember anything…because we don’t, other than the crepes our teacher made in French Club and the people we sat by. While there were a few things in their day that could have toppled any bride and groom’s peaceful attitude, Carissa and Braxton were unfazed. They were together, and now finally, forever.
From the Tippecanoe Restaurant Ceremony Venue, to stopping at their Aunt’s Remembrance Tree on the way over to De Amicis, where Carissa’s parents had their wedding reception, this wedding was full of Mishawaka History – and it was so special to be a part of capturing the next chapter in their family’s story.
P.S. A BIG THANKS TO ALL OUR VENDORS!
